goerya Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

Eligibility and lawful participation

You may use goerya only if you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and are permitted to participate under the laws that apply to you. It is your responsibility to confirm that online betting and gaming are lawful in your location before accessing goerya.

You must not use goerya while physically located in a place where access is prohibited or restricted. The availability of the website on your device does not mean participation is lawful everywhere. goerya may use identity, device, payment, and location checks to help enforce eligibility requirements.

Deposits, balances, and payment ownership

Method availability, minimums, maximums, and processing times may change.

You may deposit only from a payment account or card that belongs to you and that you are legally authorised to use. goerya may return, hold, or investigate third-party payments, mismatched names, unusual transaction patterns, chargebacks, reversed transfers, or deposits that cannot be verified.

Your goerya balance is intended for legitimate betting and gaming, not as a banking or remittance service. A deposit may need to be used in accordance with reasonable play-through and security controls before withdrawal. Account funds do not earn interest.

Review the amount, recipient, reference, and any displayed fee before confirming a payment. goerya is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details, bank maintenance, e-wallet outages, payment network interruptions, or checks required by the selected provider.

Sports betting, casino, and game settlement

A wager is accepted only when it appears as confirmed in your goerya account history. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not reserve the odds or guarantee acceptance. Prices, lines, limits, and market availability may change before confirmation.

Before placing a bet, check the event, market, selection, odds, stake, and estimated return. A correctly accepted goerya wager normally cannot be changed or cancelled at the player's request. A rejected, pending, or interrupted submission is not confirmed unless it later appears as accepted in account history.

Sports markets are settled using the result and rules identified for that market. Postponements, abandoned events, venue changes, overtime, extra time, participant withdrawals, and official corrections are handled according to the applicable goerya sport or market rule.

Casino, Baccarat, fishing games, and other digital products are settled from the result transmitted by the relevant game system or provider. Live dealer outcomes follow the valid result recorded at the table. If a round is cancelled, interrupted, or declared void, goerya will settle it according to the applicable game rule.

Sabong markets follow the official arena result and the market conditions shown for Meron, Wala, Draw, cancellation, or other available outcomes. Players should review the live market information before submitting a wager through goerya.

Withdrawals and account review

Withdrawal requests must be made through the available goerya cashier option and generally returned to a verified method connected to the account holder. goerya may ask for additional documents before processing a first withdrawal, a large withdrawal, or a transaction presenting an elevated security risk.

Processing estimates are not guarantees. GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and card timeframes may differ, and an external provider can add its own processing period. Incorrect account details, pending verification, payment maintenance, and unusual activity can delay completion.

goerya may review betting history, bonus use, deposits, identity information, and payment ownership before releasing funds. This review protects both the player and the platform. A legitimate balance will remain subject to these Terms and Conditions while the review is completed.

goerya may temporarily restrict or suspend an account while reviewing eligibility, verification, security, duplicate registration, payment activity, responsible gaming concerns, prohibited conduct, or a breach of these terms. Where appropriate, goerya may permanently close the account and void transactions directly connected to abuse or unlawful activity.

If an account is inactive for an extended period, goerya may contact the registered user or apply the process described in the current account rules. Players should keep contact information current so that important notices can be received.

Technical errors, interruptions, and availability

goerya aims to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, internet problems, device issues, power interruptions, provider outages, delayed data feeds, and other technical events can affect the platform.

An obvious pricing, payout, display, or settlement error does not create a valid entitlement to an incorrect return. goerya may correct the affected record, recalculate a settlement using the intended terms, or void a transaction where a valid result cannot reasonably be established.
